Your holiday home is well equipped to a good standard. The house is located in the cottage area Tallbacken approx. 150 m from Lake Bolmen. Bolmen is Sweden's 10th largest lake with good swimming and fishing opportunities. Tallbacken is 12 km from Ljungby and is a nice area with a nice sandy beach, swings, barbecue area and boules court down by the lake. You have a plot of 650 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue and a glazed conservatory of 20 m2. The cabin is for max. 6 people and has two bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room), one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The cabin has an open floor plan with a wood burning stove for cooler evenings. Fresh bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and freezer and an electric stove with a glass hob. The house has direct electricity and a heat pump with AC. TV, Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. You can rent a boat and motor at Bolmstad Säteri and buy a fishing license. Boat ramp and café are located down by Bolmstad harbour.
To see and do in Ljungby and the surrounding area
You live only 12 km from Ljungby and here there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The nearest store is Lanthandeln in Tannåker, which has also opened a boat bar. Ljungby also has many museums such as The Sven Ljungberg and Fairytale Museum. Take the opportunity and visit all the moose parks around Ljungby. Elinge Moose Park and Laganland as well as Smålandet at Markaryd, which has moose safaris. Up by Laganland there is also a fine golf course, Buslandet and a museum. In Lagan there is then Slussen secondhand with a nice café and pilgrim garden. From Bolmsö you can take the ferry over to Sunnaryd to visit Tiraholm Fisk.
