Summary: Our experience staying at this holiday stay was unsatisfactory. The communication with the agent was terrible from the start. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic. No key was provided as promised, and no code from the locker outside. I had to spend considerable time trying to contact someone to resolve this. And luckily there was a neighbor who opened the door, otherwise, we would have to sleep outside. This was not the start of the vacation I had hoped for. Once inside, I discovered that no bedsheets or towels had been provided. It was very frustrating to arrive after a long journey only to find that basic necessities were missing. These were only provided the following day after multiple requests. To make matters worse, the internet password was only given to us on the fifth day of our stay. This level of service is unacceptable. Throughout the stay, the communication was consistently poor, and the agent's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. This lack of care and professionalism severely impacted our holiday experience. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property unless significant improvements are made in communication matters.
