The space:
A homely yet modern atmosphere that has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. It has a total of 3-bedroom and 2 full bathrooms perfect for 6 people. Prepare your family or pre-event meals in the fully equipped kitchen that includes large and small appliances, as well as dishes, cutlery and pots and pans and silverwares. You're only 15 minutes from the AT&T center, Alamodome, and the cultural center of the city. Come enjoy all the incredible experiences of San Antonio with all of the comforts of home.
Other things to note:
No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.
No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

Summary: The location of the house is great and it has every kind of gaming system, games, movies and board games to amuse a young group or family with older kids. I would NOT suggest this house for little children as the large (50”) TVs are in all the rooms and easily reached with small hands. We were in San Antonio in August so we did not utilize the back yard or the garage with a small pool table / ping pong table. The kitchen has several gadgets I use at home, a good amount of dishes and utensils. The master bed mattress is on a support frame without a spring mattress so some people will not like it and the other room with a bed is a daybed with trundle. The renovations were done poorly but no major issues with anything working. I had trouble with the initial reservation since it was another company instead of an individual but some people feel safer using companies. Just be prepared to give additional verifications.
