The Space:
The Newly Furnished 4 BD is a spacious house, spanning 3200 square feet. It includes a first floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, along with three additional bedrooms on the second floor. Two of these rooms feature queen-size beds, while the master bedroom houses a king-size bed and a private bathroom complete with a bathtub.

An expansive upstairs patio, complete with an outdoor dining table and umbrella, provides a serene setting for both morning and afternoon leisure activities. This property layout is designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests.
Note: Although the access to the laundry suite is private, the laundry facilities are shared with guests from other suites, with two access points provided for each suite.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. 1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:

- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guests

- Please not that the laundry suite is a shared space but you have your private access
3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
