Private access using wide, open staircase with personal 4-digit code, used only for your stay.

We care about your safety and ours. Please note there are security cameras outside the property monitoring public areas and entryways. There are no cameras of any kind inside your space.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with high-quality products before every stay. We also use Industrial HIPAA filters in our HVAC system.
- If staying with a pet (dog), there will be a pet fee ($80 per pet per stay with a maximum weight of 25 lbs). Please give advance notice with description of pet.
Service animals (dogs, miniature horses) are welcome for no fee, though our property is not very well suited to most disabilities largely due to the staircase required to enter. Service animals are subject to all other pet expectations. Please inform us of the work that the animal is trained to perform prior to arrival.
Emotional support animals are welcome, but subject to all standard pet policies.
