Plus, it is in an AMAZING location and close to everything Boise! 1.5 miles/5 min drive to BSU/Boise State University and "The Blue" and 2.4 miles/6 in drive to Boise's bustling and ever growing downtown bursting with local 5-star restaurants, shops, parks, museums, the Idaho State Capitol, and more! Walk or bike to Boise's BRAND NEW Bench Eat Like a Local Latah hot spot! Enjoy local brew (coffee + beer) at Push & Pour, tasty eats at Wyld Child, and ice cream (boozed infused, vegan, + more!) at The STIL!
The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room are EXCEPTIONAL - furnished, styled, and accessorized! Sit and enjoy a movie (Smart TV with Hulu access!) on the comfortable sectional couch while you enjoy the heat and ambiance of the gas fireplace.
