This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sunrise Beach condominium has been beautifully updated and offers incredible corner beach views! This unit provides all the comforts of home with little luxuries that will enhance your vacation experience. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Sharky's, Moe's BBQ, Runaway Island, & Senor Frogs. This fifth-floor unit has gulf and pool views with a southeast facing wrap around, fenced deck making for incredible sunrises. Sunrise Beach offers guests 2 gulf front swimming pools (one heated seasonally), 2 hot tubs, a children's splash area, & a fitness center. All of these amenities are conveniently located on the fifth floor (the same floor as this unit), as well as vending machines!
This spacious condominium offers almost 1,600 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large kitchen island, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a large television, and breathtaking views of the pool and gulf. Step onto the unit's private fenced deck where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also has great views, a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom features another King-sized bed, its own television, and its own ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and its own television. There is also a third full bathroom with additional tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit as well.
