The first floor greets you with an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for a private chef Lobster Bake or a family BBQ with ocean views.
Do as the owner does - with your favorite family members and friends, set up your dining experience outside on the deck, pour yourself a delicious glass of Provence Rosé and enjoy your delicious fresh Lobster from just next door!
The living room has windows for every angle for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy watching the tide come in and out and the boats coming in and out of the Kittery Point Yacht Marina. You'll be sure to see some sea wildlife taking advantage of sun bathing on the dock or having an afternoon snack!
Head downstairs to keep the vacation vibes afloat -
Here you will find the television room with glass doors leading out to the glorious backyard!
You can cozy up with your favorite book or watch your favorite Summertime movie after you have had enough of enjoying the outdoors.
