Two level home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home sleeps up to nine guests comfortably. The master with king bed is located on the lower level and has a one of a kind master bathroom. Also on the lower level is a guest room with queen bed and hall bath, as well as a hot tub out the back door to soak your cares away located at the rear of the home. The bunk room with full over full bunk bed and twin trundle is located on the upper level with the kitchen, living room, and grand dining area with all-around views of the surrounding mountains. This is your own slice of paradise just minutes from downtown McCall - Mile High Views will not disappoint.

Please note that this home shares a driveway with another home that has full-time residents. Shared driveway - Mile High Views is the second home when you enter the driveway.
Home does not have central AC but does have a wall unit to keep you cool.
This is a no-pet property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

Covered carport, one-car garage, and large concrete pad to park on - cannot block the neighbors garage - neighbors must have access to get in and out of their garage.
Riding off-road vehicles or snowmobiles on the property is not allowed except for ingress or egress on designated driveways.
Detached shop is not accessible to guests.
This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
NO parties or events are allowed at this property.
Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
