The Space:
This new ground floor, 576 sq ft studio is the ideal stay for a solo traveler or a couple in one of the best spots in Ft. Lauderdale! The studio is part of a larger home with its own entrance and driveway parking. There’s a super comfy sitting area with a large, wall-mounted Smart TV that can connect to your own streaming accounts for spending downtime at home between outings. You’ll love the fully-equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for your morning jumpstart, and a blender for happy hour mixers. To enjoy sit-down meals, you can choose between indoor and outdoor dining tables that also serve as a comfortable laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, crawl into the king bed with lovely linens and plush pillows. To ensure a restful night, there are room-darkening shades and A/C. Because we know self-care is important, the bathroom has a large vanity mirror and a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, plus quality towels.
You’ll be near US 1 with lots of shopping, restaurants and nightlife and just a short distance, literally 1 mile to the famous Ft. Lauderdale beaches like Lauderdale-by-the-sea Beach and downtown Ft. Lauderdale & the Riverwalk! We’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the studio during your stay. There is a detached main home that is rented separately.
The Neighborhood:
The home is in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood in Oakland Park, surrounded by private single-family homes. The area is about 6 miles north of downtown Ft. Lauderdale and near many popular tourist destinations in the area like the famous Las Olas Beach and Riverwalk. You’ll be close enough to the US 1 to be within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores. And, of course there's plenty of golf in southern Florida!
Getting Around:
This property is located about 14 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). There is parking on the far right side of the driveway. There’s space for 2 cars, one behind the other. Please do not block the sidewalk, as neighbors and residents are always walking their kids or jogging throughout the neighborhood.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that guests of the studio do not have access to the backyard and pool.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. For longer stays of 28 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 23 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and a request for you to vacate the property.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the noise and activity as the main house could be occupied. The same is requested of them.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- 2 small pets (35 lbs and under) are allowed. For medium to large pets, prior approval is required.
The following pet fees apply:
- 35 lbs and under = $125; $200 USD for two pets of this weight class
- 35 lbs or more = $185; $350 USD for two pets of this weight class
