What We Love
Come stay at the dazzling newly built luxury villa. Enjoy the beautiful nature of the Foothills with modern amenities. The home is a comfortable getaway for your whole group located a short distance from snow and lakes at Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Donner lake, and Soda Springs. Charming gold rush towns like Colfax, Grassy Valley, and Nevada City are also fun spots to visit.
Enjoy meals and the hot tub on the back deck. There is also a large kitchen with all you need for wonderful group meals. In the summer there is a community pool also.
Newly built duplex with modern amenities and space for guest entertainment. Turn in for the night in either of the two downstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Retire to the upstairs loft for some fun and games, with two spacious bunk beds great for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a large refrigerator to enjoy wonderful meals together. The living room is very cozy and comfortable and has board games and TV for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Barbeque on the back deck and enjoy each other’s company from the large table. There is also a hot tub to relax in and enjoy the clean mountain air.

All of the outdoor space is shared.
Unit A is the only one with a car charger.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Four exterior cameras are on the property: Two in front of each front door, one on the left side of house unit A, and one on the right side of unit B
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
