The Neighborhood:
This oceanfront property is located just a minimal drive away from the nearest golf course, marina, and the heart of town. Some of the most well-known beaches in the area include Playa El Palmar, Playa Quieta, and Playa Linda. These beaches are ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports like snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, and sport fishing. The town offers a variety of dining options, ranging from authentic Mexican cuisine to international fare. Ixtapa also has a vibrant nightlife scene, with bars and clubs where you can dance and socialize.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH), about 22 km or 14 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there is parking for 3 vehicles on the premises.

Guests must climb stairs to reach certain areas of the home/property.
The pool can be heated for an extra fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival for the current amount to be paid upon arrival in cash.
A private chef can be provided for an extra fee. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours beforehand. Someone from the local team will be there to welcome you.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
