Additionally, before your arrival, you will be required to complete a guest verification process through our trusted third-party provider, Truvi. Successful completion of this screening and ID verification is a requirement to stay at our property.
This step helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations while also ensuring the safety and protection of both our guests and the property. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with instructions. Please complete the verification prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in.
Guest Screening & Security Deposit
If you do not pass the Truvi screening, we may request additional information for verification. Please note that a refundable security deposit is also required to confirm your booking.
For last-minute bookings, we collect this security deposit as part of our standard verification and protection process. The deposit will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages or incidents at the property.

House Rules
Booking Policy
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and stay for the entire reservation.
No third-party bookings are allowed. If the booker is not present, the stay will be cancelled with no refund.
Noise Policy
Our community has a strict noise limit of 75 dB. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During daytime hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM), please keep noise courteous and respectful to protect our neighbors and community.
We monitor noise levels and will issue up to three (3) warnings if sound is too loud (e.g excessive bass, loud music, yelling).
If noise issues continue or you fail to follow instructions, your reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
Guest Registration Rule
All guests staying overnight must be registered before check-in. The primary guest must provide the full names of everyone staying at the property. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
Parking
There are two (2) parking spots available on the property.
Strictly no parking in the garage area, as it is used as the game room.
Pool & Outdoor Use
Pool heater fee: $25 per day
Grill fee: $50 per stay
Supervise children at all times and follow posted safety rules.
No glass containers are allowed near the pool area.
Smoking
No smoking of any kind inside or on the property.
A $250 fee applies if smoking occurs indoors.
Pets
Service animals are always welcome.
Pets under 25 lbs are allowed only with prior approval and a $100 pet fee.
Parties & Guests
No parties or events are allowed.
Maximum occupancy: 13 guests (including visitors).
Unauthorized guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please keep the property tidy, wash dishes, and dispose of trash properly.
Excessive mess may result in an additional $50 cleaning fee.
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
Violations
Any violation of these house rules—including noise disturbances, unauthorized guests, smoking, or property damage—may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Use of the outdoor grill requires a $50 fee per stay.
Local Laws
Please follow all parking, waste, and noise regulations.
No Data/Crypto Mining
Strictly prohibited.
Remote Controls
Lost remotes will incur a $100 replacement fee each.
Animal & Insect Notice
While we have regular pest control service, it’s still possible to see or hear small animals or insects in and around the house.
