The Luxury Poolside Oasis is a classy, newly renovated condo that offers the best of Greeley and the surrounding area! Our condo sleeps 5 guests and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip with plenty of space to spread out. In addition to the two bedrooms upstairs, there is a large open living & dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two patios on the main level. In addition, we have an office downstairs, the perfect place to work from “home” while you’re traveling.

This condo has so much to offer between Smart TVs in every room, you can lounge on the balcony or by the pool. There are tennis courts and a playground. Or you can enjoy sitting on the front porch that faces into the courtyard. This condo is perfectly located 10 minutes away from University of Northern Colorado and downtown Greeley. It is also right next to shopping and local restaurants. Despite being minutes away from everything Greeley has to offer it is tucked away from all the noise.
We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay! We also have local resources standing by, if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Located just about 1 hour north of Denver, Greeley offers the best of Northern Colorado. While still keeping a small town feel, it boasts premier restaurants, bars, entertainment and event centers. It’s a short drive to Fort Collins, Windsor, and Loveland, and is close to Highway 34 & I-25 which gives easy access to Denver, Cheyenne, and Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for up to two vehicles is available in the driveway behind the condo, as well as additional parking in front of the clubhouse right next to the unit. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, washer/dryer and balcony are available for your full use. The community hot tubs, pool, and tennis court are available for use free of charge.

- Guests to not have access to the garage.
- The pool is closed seasonally (it is closed for the season as of Sept. 2022).
This home is in an ideal location on the west side of Greeley. It’s a 10 minute drive to UNC and downtown Greeley and with quick access to head west to Fort Collins or the mountains as well!
Our condo is a spacious 1,600 square feet. The main level features a wide open plan for the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Downstairs is a dedicated workstation, and the two bedrooms and laundry room are upstairs. The property can sleep up to 5, with two guests in each bedroom and additional space for one on the living room couch.
Parking is a breeze with plenty of available parking outside the unit.
The condo is outfitted with an electric fireplace and smart TVs. The fully-equipped kitchen and open concept living/dining area provides ample room to relax. A small balcony provides a pleasant vibe with open views to the west. Our community also provides a tennis court, outdoor hot tub and pool for your enjoyment!
Kitchen:
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances. Included in the kitchen are supplies for cooking and baking, including high-end cookware, utensils and knives. Dishes and glassware and a toaster are also available in this fully stocked kitchen. The unit also provides a french press and a drip coffee maker.
