Pool Availability & Rules:
* The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
* Pool depth is 4 feet NO DIVING.
* No food or beverages allowed in the pool.
* No glass in the fenced pool area.
* Shower before entering the pool, especially if coming from the lake. Algae from the lake can turn the pool green. Please use the outdoor shower on the side of the house.
* Pool toys may NOT be used in the lake, and lake toys may NOT be used in the pool.
* Children must be supervised by an adult when using the pool.
* Do not swim alone.
* Diaper-aged children must wear plastic pants with tight-fitting elastic at the legs and waist, or a water-resistant diaper.
* Do not swim if youve had diarrhea within the last two weeks.
* No running, boisterous or rough play around the pool.
* There is no lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk.
Dock Rules:
* The boat may or may not be docked at the boat dock and is not for rent.
* You are welcome to park your own boat or a rental at the dock during your stay.
* Please stay off any boats docked during your stay.
* Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult on the dock.
* Life preservers are available in the garage and should be used for safety.
* Pool toys may NOT be used in the lake, and lake toys may NOT be used in the pool.
* All guests and children must behave in a way that does not disturb neighbors.
* No loud music or parties allowed.
* No running, skating, skateboarding, or rough play on the dock.
* Do not throw inappropriate materials (cans, bottles, etc.) into the water.
* No charcoal-burning or fires allowed on the dock.
* Fireworks are prohibited on the dock, including sparklers.
* Fishing is allowed as long as it does not interfere with boat traffic.
* No trespassing on neighbors properties or boat docks.
Fire Pit Rules:
* Fires must be supervised by an adult at all times.
* Remove any flammable debris from the fire area.
* Keep children and pets at least 3 feet away from the fire.
* Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area.
* Do not use flammable liquids to start the fire.
* Only firewood is allowed no construction lumber, magazines, or particle board.
* No fires during high winds.
* No large fires allowed.
Noise Rules:
* This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep noise to a minimum and respect neighbors' privacy.
* No loud music at any time.
* No running, boisterous, or rough play.
* Unreasonable noise, such as loud stereos or parties, is prohibited.
* Fireworks are only allowed on the following holidays:
* Memorial Day (last Saturday and Sunday of May, excluding Monday)
* Independence Day (July 3 and 4)
* Labor Day (first Monday of September)
* New Years Eve (Dec. 31 through 1 a.m. on Jan. 1)
* No fireworks on the dock.
* Fireworks may only be used from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m except on New Years Eve when they are permitted until 1 a.m..
* Pets are allowed. $50 per pet per stay, max of 2 pets only
* No events, parties, or large gatherings

* Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
