The interior features a billiard room with a pool table, wet bar, baby grand piano, and split bedrooms ideal for family or friend getaways with an ensuite bathroom in each of the 4 bedrooms. The Primary Suite is equipped with a 65" Smart TV, gas log fireplace, king-size bed & sliding glass doors to the backyard, pool, and hot tub. The attached pool guest suite provides backyard access for those late night dips in the pool/spa before bed.. This is a house for friends and family to create incredible memories, have great laughs and just enjoy life.
The home is located on an Acre lot surrounded by several acres of Natural Area Open Space (NAOS) to provide a private serene ambiance where you may see a Mule Deer or other wildlife in addition to the Mountain Views and City Lights! The Front Courtyard provides an additional gathering place with its own outdoor fireplace and to maximize your sunset experience, the west-facing courtyard with its cozy firepit is another spot to experience Arizona's beautiful sunsets.
There are so many things to do in our area as youll see below, but we can assure you that after your days adventures, you will enjoy returning to our home where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset, a wood fire, quiet solitude, a dip in the hot tub and/or pool, and resort-style living in the most sought after area of North Scottsdale.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in any way. Home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes. This is a house for friends and family to create incredible memories, great laughs and to just enjoy life. If a party house is what you are looking for, you will find other houses that cater to that.
Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

For the safety of our home and our guests, we have 3 security cameras located in the driveway, inside the garage and the at the front door.
