OUTDOORS: Enjoy your morning coffee out in a 24' high ceiling screened lanai with a partial lake view. Roast marshmallows over the fire pit or indulge in your favorite glass of wine while enjoying breathtaking sunsets from the lanai's sitting area. For those extra chilly nights, you'll make good use of two outdoor heaters to keep you warm while star gazing. Take a plunge in the newly installed private, heated pool, ready February 1st. The spacious outdoor lanai features an alfresco dining area that can be enjoyed with friends and family while cooking in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. For those who love to fish, enjoy catching some largemouth bass or blue gill in the backyard lake.
INDOORS: Make your favorite meals in the fully equipped, bright and fresh kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. All small kitchen appliances are also included. The open kitchen layout features an island and peninsula, bar height, that accommodates 4. The breakfast nook seats 5 and overlooks the backyard lake.
