This cute property, built with an open floorplan and numerous upgrades, is sure to be an ideal retreat while enjoying Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. You will appreciate the warm, comfortable feeling and pleasing décor that make this home so special. In the hallway to your right, you’ll find the first two bedrooms. The master is on your left and the guest bedroom/bathroom is on the right. The master bedroom holds a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standing glass shower and single vanity. The guest bedroom also holds a queen bed, dresser, and flat screen Roku-connected TV with a mini Nintendo gaming console complete with downloaded games! The guest bathroom can be found in this hallway and holds elegant granite countertops, a single vanity, and a bathtub/shower combo.
To the left of the kitchen and dining area is the living room. With a reclining sofa and two reclining chairs, the living space encourages warm gatherings and time to reflect on the day’s adventures with family and friends. Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.We do supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc. We cannot guarantee what will be available.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
There is no smoking allowed on the property.
