After a day spent in Arcata or exploring the redwoods, unwind with serene mornings and evenings on the deck surrounded by greenery, watching the deer in the yard or the golfers passing by.

Enter the home to the grand living room complete with a library, baby grand piano and panoramic views onto the golf course. Enjoy meals together in the formal dining room with a large dining table with seating for 6 and a buffet counter that opens into the kitchen or al fresco on the deck picnic table while you soak up the views! The kitchen is equipped for your group's best cook with a gas stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer and lots of tools, gadgets and dish ware for any occasion. In the kitchen area there is also an informal seating area for 2 on the kitchen island as well as two armchairs and bench seating in front of the TV. Please note, the TV (smart TV) is located in the kitchen area, the living room and bedrooms do not have TVs.
We have 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed as well as a non-enclosed office space with 2 trundle twin beds upstairs to sleep a total of 6 guests. The primary bedroom is downstairs and has king bed, private love seat and seating area, a very large walk in closet as well as a mirrored closet and a door to the deck over looking the golf course. The primary bathroom has two sides, each with a private toilet and shower as well as jetted bathtub in the middle. Another half bath is located downstairs in the foyer. Upstairs, there is a desk and workspace with a twin trundle bed, please note this space is not a private room and overlooks the living room and library area, there is a privacy screen that can be used to partition the area. The twin trundle has a pull out mattress underneath for a total of 2 twin beds. The upstairs king bedroom is enclosed and has a large mirrored closet, a private desk area and a door to the upstairs bathroom.

This is a very quiet and peaceful family neighborhood. We ask that guests enjoy their time and please be respectful of noise and the neighbors especially between quiet hours of 9pm and 7am. Parties, events, and amplified music past quiet hours will NOT be tolerated please reach out if you have any questions regarding the nature of your stay. We welcome you to the neighborhood!
