The house received a near complete renovation in 2021 including fresh paint, AC/mini-splits in every room, refinished wide plank floors in the living area, new carpet in the bedrooms, and a new kitchen featuring all new stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and granite countertops.
The brand new 600 sq ft wrap-around deck makes it easy to move from kitchen to grill to outdoor dining while preparing your Cape Cod favorites to enjoy with friends and family. After dinner, enjoy comfortable seating around a propane fire pit at this quiet, private spot under the stars. Or move out to the front yard and fire up the solo stove and toast marshmallows. The spacious, fully enclosed outdoor rain shower with piping hot water is beloved by guests.

Take an easy hike from the backyard to the National Seashore for a magical trip through the woods.
You may come to Wellfleet for the beach, but there is nothing quite like sitting on our deck, surrounded by dozens of pitch pine trees gently dancing in the breeze. It's quiet, serene, and a great place for your relaxing vacation!
