The house is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood where you and your family will feel welcome and safe.
- The house was designed to feel cozy and tranquil. Each leaving space was created to provide uniquely relaxing environment for its guests . An oversized screened enclosure allows you to enjoy heated salt water outdoor pool and spa at all times. Ethan Allen midcentury designed furniture is of a very high quality to sit and relax in the evening watching your favorite movies. With double sliding doors open , there’s a seamless environment flowing inside and out.
-For the relaxation and stress relief we have installed therapeutic Yosoo river stone walk along the pool side.
The house provides the feeling of relaxation and feels like private 5 -star resort . After the hurricane Ian our house needs a new roof. Blue color tarp is protecting our roof for now, until replacement is ready. All main rooms overlooking the pool. We thrive to provide great hospitality. The house is charming and meticulously clean , thoughtfully equipped and well maintained. We have thought of everything to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.
The house is only 9 miles away from the vibrant Fort Myers river district with its amazing variety of restaurants to everyone’s taste. Cape Coral marina with its amazing restaurants, charming beaches and famous Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill is only 6 miles away. Local Publix grocery store is 5 minutes away. 31 miles away from the pristine sandy beaches of Captiva and Sanibel islands.

Manasota Key , Bonita springs and Naples is one hour drive . A day trip to a Disney World that is only 2-1/2 hours-away from your stay.
There’s a charcoal grill available for you to use. The cleaning of the grill is not included in the normal service fee and we ask our guests to do it themselves, but if cleaning is required guest will be charged $50 cleaning fee.We are dog friendly ! One dog under 25 pounds will be permitted with a 100 dollars pet fee per stay. For more then one dog please discuss with the host prior to booking. Manager has the right of access to the house for necessary repairs or maintenance work . Minimum age for guests is 25 years, no groups larger than 4.
No group trips by students. No more than 4 people per booking including kids.
Other things to note : there’s towels, coffee maker, one 50 inch HDTV in the living room , linens and DVD player, dishwasher and microwave. All new silverware and dinnerware sets. No ice maker available. Starting January 25/2023 our guests will be able to have a new high speed internet with free of charge HBO MAX, Hulu, Netflix and more free of charge movies.
Important :
One time electricity charge of 200 dollars will be asked to collect one day prior to arrival.
Longer than one week stays electrical charge of 0.18 cense / KWH will be applied at the day of check out. For accurate meter reading we are asking our guests to take a snap shot of electric meter reading upon arrival and on the last day of stay. We will calculate electric charge and guests can calculate it as well to avoid any mistakes.
