--This Deluxe Condo - studio unit (SLEEPING CAPACITY FOR SIX) is Fully Equipped with a Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, etc... and is located at the base of Attitash Mountain (in Attitash Mountain Village Resort).
***NOTE*** this unit has been Renovated in 2021/2022 with the following:
---Kitchen Renovations including all New Appliances (**Keurig was also added to the unit, besides the regular coffee maker already there) and a new quartz countertop, Bathroom Renovations, Paint, New Floor/Carpet, New Window Treatments, New Fireplace, new 50" TV over the fireplace, New furniture for additional storage and sleeping (installed new sleepers (replacement and additional), so now our sleeping capacity is for 6 (with a Murphy Bed, Queen Sleep Sofa, 2 Twin Sleepers)), and a Stacked Washer/Dryer Combo Front load unit was installed.
**OUR FINAL RENOVATION WAS COMPLETED 6/2022, and we have now added those pictures to this listing.

Located in Building #7 which is a central Resort location to all Indoor/Outdoor Amenities, and with Amenities right downstairs in the Condo Building, this unit has a Gas fireplace, 1 bath w/ Jacuzzi bathtub, FULL kitchen (including a full refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, over the stove "hood vent" microwave, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker along with a regular coffee maker, all dining/cooking items needed, and breakfast bar counter), dining and living room area, deck facing Attitash Mountain with good views of the mountain depending on the season (more greenery to view in front of the mountain during late spring/summer/fall--and a fuller mountain view in the winter with less greenery), 1 cable 50" TV, free WIFI, stacked combo washer/dryer unit, air conditioning, closets/dresser/other storage, paper supplies/incidentals, swiffer wet/dry, hand held vacuum, iron and mini ironing board, stepstools, hairdryer--and again sleeping six with one queen Murphy bed, one queen sleep sofa, two twin sleep sofas.
In the heart of the White Mountains at a great resort (Attitash Mountain Village... which is SITUATED at the Base of Attitash Mtn. (part of Vail Resort Mtns.)--and along the SACO RIVER and BEAR NOTCH CROSS COUNTRY SKI and Hiking TRAILS)---you will enjoy great indoor and outdoor amenities such as:
-INDOOR AMENITIES... there is an indoor pool, jacuzzi's, steamroom, sauna, game room, rec room, fitness room, and a Casual Restaurant/Bar **NOTE** one of the spa jacuzzi's...along with the steamroom, the fitness room, a ping pong table area, and the rec room are located downstairs in the Condo Building that this unit is located in. The rest of the amenities are just a minute or two walk away as the Hospitality Center is just a short walk away from our Condo Building.
-WARM WEATHER OUTDOOR AMENITIES... our condo building is in a central Resort location for all Activities/Amenities and is very close to the outdoor pool pavilion with the outdoor pool/kiddie pool/jacuzzi/cabana/outdoor gas fireplace. Other outdoor activities include basketball half-court, shuffleboard, tennis, playgrounds, outdoor grills, outdoor fire pits, hiking trails along the Saco River, the Saco Beach, and more. Then, you can walk from the resort onto Attitash Mountain (via a small walkway connection between the Resort and the Mountain) for Fun fee based warm weather activities (with a Mountain Coaster, Waterslides, and more) --open Weekends only and/or Daily depending on the time of the year. Attitash Mountain opens up for Warm Weather activities at their discretion, depending on the needs of the Mountain for the Cold Weather (Ski) Season, as that is their main priority. **Conway Scenic Railroad (10-15 minutes away) ... with regular scenic train rides and "Special Train Excursion Events" running weekends and/or daily depending on the time of the year usually from mid April through the end of the year. **ALSO NOTE, DURING CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR, the Conway Scenic Railroad offers…the Attitash Mountain Express combining an old-fashioned train ride with roundtrip service between Attitash Mtn. Village Resort and North Conway Village. The trains travels between their North Conway train station bound for the “Whistle Stop” platform at Attitash Mountain Village (located on the walkway between our Condo Bldg #7 and the Hospitality Center). **Bretton Woods also has canopy tours available much/all year round.
