Stroll to the restaurant on the green. Or play a round or two. This charming getaway is perfectly situated for fun excursions to Lake Worth (7 min) or Palm Beach (15 min). Or, just relax, gazing out onto an elegant backyard and its large heated pool, surrounded by deck chairs and pool umbrellas, from the covered outdoor lounge and dining area.
There are two tastefully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom opens up to the outside patio and boasts a private bathroom with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling marble tile. The master suite also includes his and hers closets, and a large walk-in room that doubles as an office and additional closet space.
The second bedroom features two full-sized beds, just off of a second private bathroom. There is plenty of room to add a crib or playpen if needed.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to prepare any size meal. The bar cart is also stocked, making any evening that much more fun!
The house is within walking distance of many local attractions. Stroll to the local grocery or one of many local restaurants and bakeries. Walk or drive to Spillway Park for a local fishing experience. Basic Amenities:
Don't worry about bringing any of the basics. Hair dryers, organic shampoo and conditioner, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and more are all provided.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check-in or late check-out can be at an extra fee depending on availability.
- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
- A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation.
Keep in mind, if you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking directly, not all third parties share your information with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees.
Security: Please note, that there is a camera out front pointed toward the front yard and one in the back yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20 lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and a $250 fee per pet are required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.
Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example, seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.
Sorry, we cannot allow cats. The fee goes to steam cleaning the home post-stay so that the house is clear of allergies for future guests.
Pool Heating Details
- Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $100 per night.
- The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pool is outside, we have it set to 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.
- We generally recommend that the pool be heated from October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.
Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chefs, car rentals, car detailing, and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without a refund.

No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included in the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
