This exclusive villa is situated on a hill in Lunigiana surrounded by the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
Its strategic position allows you to spend a holiday in complete silence and it is however 6 km from the exit of the motorway to reach easily the Cinque Terre and the most beautiful Tuscan cities of art such as Pisa, Livorno, Florence and Genoa.
The great outdoors and the large private pool with a unique and spectacular panorama add that finishing touch to a truly sensational experience in a place surrounded by the true Tuscan nature.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
The villa is divided into 3 floors.
On the ground floor you can find the "relaxing area" furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can spend some relaxing hours reading your favorite book or just "chilling" around.
On the first floor you can find the main entrance who offers a beautiful living room with TV. From the living room there is access to the private garden and BBQ area.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare wonderful dinner for everyone.
Besides you can find on the first floor two of the four double bedrooms newly furnished and another "kids-bedroom" furnished with a small single bed and a crib.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine,
A beautiful stones staircase brings you to the second floor where you can find other two wonderful double bedrooms furnished in a typical tuscan style.
Besides you have a stunning bathroom with bathtube and shower, and a fantastic living room with different sofas and a TV with foreign television channels.
On request one of the sofas can become a comfortable sofa bed.
LOCATION:
At 6 km you arrive to the city Aulla where you can find several supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
The closest beach is Lerici, Ameglia (Bagno delle Tamerici), Bocca di Magra e Portovenere.
