LIVING AREAS
The Delta Manor offers an open concept living area perfect for spending time with your family around a fireplace or discussing your next business venture’s strategy with a large screen SmartTV for presentations or a streaming movie. The library offers seating for four with natural light. In the basement, there is another living room with another SmartTV, full sized wet bar and outdoor patio. Lounge on the sofa and enjoy your favorite sports game.
KITCHEN and DINING
The well equipped Manor kitchen includes a viking stove, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. Dine next to a fireplace at the expandable farm table for up to 12 guests.
Our formal marble dining room table seats 8 overseen by a beautiful chandelier to enhance your dining experience with those that matter most to you.
BEDROOMS and BATHS
The Delta Manor has a total of five bedrooms, one loft and a pop-up queen bed that sleep up to 13 guests. Four full and one half bathrooms that are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The master bedroom in the Manor has a sleep-by-number king bed, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and another ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds and share a shower/tub full bathroom with a loft room that has a twin daybed.
On the main level a half bath is available for every guest. The lower level has two bedrooms that have both a king in one and a queen in the other bedroom that share a full sized shower/tub bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Relax in the lush courtyard patio equipped with a gated luxurious salt-water pool. The Manor also has a private second lower level patio just outside the wet bar to enjoy wine country views.
