A bright, airy and well-equipped apartment on the edge of Almoradi, 15 mins walk straight into the town. Private balcony with oblique country view, aircon, shutters to keep cool during the day, air con, convenient parking and all the necessary amenities. Just ask of you have any special requests.
Being on the edge of town, this apartment is in a quiet location overlooking countryside and mountains, with stunning sunsets from the roof terrace, where you can relax by the pool, in the jacuzzi or in the barbecue area. And yet it's just a 10 min stroll to the centre.
The location is very convenient for visiting the beach, surrounding towns, golf courses, shops and is 45 mins drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports.
There is a Smart TV and free WiFi for your enjoyment. We will set up the TV controls in the language of your choice before your arrival for your convenience. There are also 2 Parasols and some toys, belly boards etc for children to enjoy.
