The living area has ample seating and flows beautifully to the large family dining table and spacious sunroom. The home is close to major medical centers, downtown, cute local shops and restaurants, as well as parks and running trails. A perfect base for exploring the city!

Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, thermal pot coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, Rubbermaid storage containers, a spice rack stocked with spices, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
*DINING: The family dining table seats 8-10 comfortably.
*PRIMARY BEDROOM & ENSUITE BATH: The spacious Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 3) is equipped with luxury linens and a high-end king mattress. It has a private ensuite bathroom, 55-in Smart TV, three closets, a large dresser, charging stations on both nightstands, noise machine, fan tower, blinds, and blackout curtains.
*BATHROOMS: The sparkling clean bathrooms have walk-in showers and are equipped with fluffy towels, hair dryers, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. The primary ensuite bathroom has a curling iron and straightening iron.
*OTHER BEDROOMS: The other 3 bedrooms each have a high-end king mattress, luxury linens, 43-inch Smart TV, dresser, closet, noise machine, fan tower, blinds, blackout curtains, and charging stations on both nightstands.
*BACKYARD: The giant flat backyard is fully fenced.
*PETS: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs (30lbs or less each) per reservation. Please include pets on the reservation. A $500 fee will be assessed for any unapproved pets.
*GAMES/BOOKS: Curl up with a novel, test your chess skills, play a board game, or work a puzzle—fun for all ages!
*Guests will have access to every space except for a locked utility closet in the sunroom, the garage/workshop, and a small shed in the backyard.
*Our entrance is easily accessible, with just a small step over the threshold of the front door into the house.
*Please note there is a Ring video doorbell at the front door, a Ring camera at the garage door of the house, and a Ring camera in the backyard to provide an additional level of security to guests. For your privacy, these are the only cameras on the premises.
*We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide more than a couple of days’ worth of these items. If guests run out of these items during their stay, they are responsible for purchasing any additional items for personal use.

The following fees will be assessed for breaking house policies and rules:
*Guests will be charged a $1,000 fee if individuals who are not registered guests visit the property. No one but registered guests are allowed on the premises.
*Guests will be charged a $500 fee for any unapproved pets. Be sure to communicate with the host before arrival if you plan to bring a pet.
*Guests will be charged a $500 fee for smoking or vaping in the house or anywhere on the premises. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping property.
*Guests will be charged a $500 fee for creating excessive noise during quiet hours of 9pm - 7am CT.
