This is a totally updated one-level home in an established neighborhood in the heart of West Little Rock. The spacious living area has ample seating surrounding the cozy fireplace and flows beautifully to the large family dining table and outdoor patio area. The home is close to major medical centers, downtown, cute local shops and restaurants, as well as parks and running trails. A perfect base for exploring the city!

*DECK & FIREPIT: The private deck has a firepit surrounded by Adorandike chairs for a relaxing place to unwind. Firewood and starter are provided.
*BBQ & OUTDOOR DINING: There is a BBQ grill & patio dining table for outdoor dining and entertaining under the stars.
*PRIMARY BEDROOM & ENSUITE BATH: The spacious Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 4) is equipped with luxury linens and a high-end king mattress. It has a private ensuite bathroom, sitting area, 55-in Smart TV, large walk-in-closet with chest of drawers, USB charging cube on each nightstand, noise machine, fan tower & blackout curtains.
*BATHROOMS: The sparkling clean bathrooms have a tub/shower combo & are equipped with fluffy towels, hair dryers, complimentary spa quality shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. The primary ensuite bathroom has a straightening iron.
*OTHER BEDROOMS: The other 3 bedrooms have high-end king mattresses, luxury linens, 43-inch Smart TVs, 6-drawer dresser, Closet, Noise Machine, fan tower, blackout curtains, USB charging bricks on both nightstands.
*ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: There is a Futon sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. The Living Room has a full size sofa.
*BACKYARD: The giant sloped backyard is partially fenced.
*POWER & CHARGING BRICKS: Power and charging bricks are conveniently located on each bedroom nightstand & in other locations throughout the house.
*PETS: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs (30lbs or less each) per reservation. Please include pets on the reservation.
*BIKE STORAGE: Bicycles can be securely stored in the home's garage. The area’s legendary mountain bike trails are only a 20-min pedal or a 9-min drive away. Close to the Big Dam Bridge and Arkansas River Trail.

*Guests will have access to every space except for 2 locked utility closets.
*Our entrance is easily accessible, with just a small step up from the wide, paved driveway.
*Our West Little Rock home is located near St. Charles and Pleasant Valley on a quiet street in an established, peaceful, and centrally located neighborhood.
*PROXIMITY & WALKABILITY: The home is on a walkable side street in a quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located with close proximity to the interstate, shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and major medical centers. (See list below for proximity)
*PARKING: There is ample parking in the 4-car driveway of the home, as well as additional street parking.
*Please note there is a Ring video doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera attached to the back of the house to provide an additional level of security to guests. For your privacy, these are the only cameras on the premises.
*There is a noise-monitoring device on the premises. This device is on the privacy wall of the exterior deck. This device only measures and records decibel levels; it does not record any actual words or conversations. This device is in place to ensure that guests comply with quiet hours and are good neighbors to those who live in the neighborhood.
*We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide more than a couple of days’ worth of these items. If guests run out of these items during their stay, they are responsible for purchasing any additional items for personal use.
