A large, carefully planned space with contemporary furnishings and finishes, perfect for remote work. The villa is fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It features:

In just a 12 minute walk you will find beaches such as Macabi Beach, Bufeo and Chucho.

The closest supermarket is Soriana Super 20 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 5 minutes away.
Don't forget to visit the stunning beaches of the area, the mysterious cenotes, the magnificent subway rivers and mangrove area, the fascinating archaeological monuments and Mayan settlements.
Chelem is a hidden treasure, a fantastic travel experience awaits you.
Getting Around:
The drive from Merida International Airport to the property is approximately 55 minutes. We suggest you arrive by car. You can take a taxi at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car from one of the agencies when you land.

Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!
