Built in the 1800's, history is plentiful at Mulberry mansion, original hardwoods in almost all areas. This property will give you the room to spread out yet be together for an unforgettable memory making trip.
This listing is for two luxury condos that truly showcases all Cincinnati has to offer! Located in the best part of OTR with breathtaking views of downtown. Within walking distance to the best restaurants and bars. You will have access to half of floors one and two and the entire third and fourth floor of the building.

Don't worry, we ensure none of you will go thirsty with multiple bar spaces. Why have one living room when you can have two? Ideal for large groups that prefer their own space or not because there is always opportunity to be close if wanted with all of the doors within! The choice is yours.
There are 4 floors total for this property (3 units). Two out of the three actual units with multiple entrances in the hallways if desired! The deco side is partial floor 1, 2 and 3. The penthouse is half of floor 3 and the entire 4th floor.

Parking - All On Street Parking! Very easy! Free Parking! Mulberry has plenty of parking available.
We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes but not limited to Cigarettes, Weed or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking occurred while on the property, guest would be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.
Please also note that the number of people on the reservation must not be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host.
If determined that additional guest visited the property, guest would be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.
Cameras that are on the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. **Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
