Fully equipped and well-lit gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, deep sink, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, ultra-efficient convection cooktop and hood, wall oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, various pots, pans, dishes, utensils, large island, three bar stools, matchless picture window, and casual dining room with table for six. Enjoy pure mountain water drawn from 505' deep in the mountain, filtered for the entire home.

Upper deck with two rocking chairs. Lower deck with invigorating outdoor cedar shower (for use May through September) and year-round all-weather 24/7 hot tub (open air but fully covered under roof) with relaxing recliner facing mountain views. The Black Oak is situated on 3 acres with a private driveway, no homes in front, a cabin over 500' away in the rear at lower elevation (i.e it does not impede your mountain view), and mature trees between cabins on left and right over 75' away.
