Location is ideal as this home sits between the 17 and 51 and short distance to the 101.
Many hiking trails are in walking distance. Also nearby are world class golfing, shopping, and dining venues. Guest safety is paramount a camera is positioned to view the street. This is a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. The home rests in the back of a cul-de-sac with nothing behind but a rarely used dog park.
→ Although this property is perfect for entertaining, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party and Event Policy. The City of Phoenixtakes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.
Pool Heat is available at $100/night.
