Just above the garage, the mother-in-law suite offers a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom space — ideal for added privacy, multi-family stays, or grandparents traveling with the group.
In total, Mookie’s Beach House comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it the perfect setup for large families or friends vacationing together.
The main house features a bright and open living area, complete with a large sectional sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze — featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials you need to cook at home.
