Montemar features a large central pool overlooking Cabo San Lucas and all amenities are within easy reach. There is free parking available at the hotel.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Cabo San Lucas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
