You'll also enjoy fresh interior and exterior paint, vinyl flooring, LED energy-efficient fixtures, and updated bathrooms with tile shower enclosures. It's an absolute must-stay!
The house also has beautiful laminate flooring, recessed lighting, a gas cooking range, and dual-pane windows. The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a custom-designed patio that accommodates several seating areas, a garden bed, and ample seating space for six. The house is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Please note that this property does not allow pets. Violating this no-pet rule will result in eviction and HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. However, we understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs and can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging, and insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

Finally, please note that this home may have security cameras to ensure that parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. However, we do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
