With a full chef's kitchen, bathroom with soaker tub, large closet and onsite laundry room, you will have everything you need throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a meals using the full size stove, oven and microwave.

There is one AC unit located in the bedroom only. The ocean is 2 miles away and provides a cool breeze to keep the place comfortable. There are box fans in every room.
To operate Laundry Room washer and dryer, the building uses the app "Wash". Please make sure your phone software is up to date to ensure that there are no problems. If you don't have a smart phone or the capability for the app, the closest laundromat is Coast Laundry. At 5041 W El Segundo Blvd

In compliance with El Segundo's Short Term Rental ordinances this unit is available for stays of 31 days or more only. Additionally, there will be no Transient Occupancy Tax applied to these reservations.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

By booking this property all guests agree to follow all House Rules. Violations will result in fines up to $300 per incident and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. Guests are 100% responsible for payment of these fines administered by the complex.

>NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in the unit OR anywhere on the property. This has a major impact on future guests and neighbors. $200 fine + additional cleaning fees will be charged.
>Guests with zero prior host reviews (or negative/questionable reviews) will be required to pay a $300 additional security deposit. This will be requested through Airbnb's payment system and MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL or your reservation will be cancelled (a house rule violation). The security deposit will be returned 1 day after checkout.
>LA County requires a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax which will be included in booking fees
>All guests must have a valid working phone number so we are able to contact them if needed. Failure to provide this can result in non-refundable cancellation of reservation.
>Please respect our future guests. Our cleaning crew requires all the time after check-out to prepare for the next guest. Guest must check-out on time. Failure to do so can result in $50/hour penalty for the 1st two hours. After two hours guest will be charged a penalty of one full nightly rack rate(this can vary from the rate the guesy booked at). This penalty does not provide guest the right to stay an additional night, but serves as a penalty for late check-out only.
Guest Access:
The entire unit will be 100% private for guests. The BBQ deck are shared with other guests and residents.

Located in the amazing city of El Segundo, this unit is walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. El Segundo beach is about a mile away. Manhattan Beach is an 8 min drive.
LAX is conveniently located 5 min away as well.
Getting Around:
Guests have a dedicated covered parking spot in the complex. There is also plenty of free guest parking on the street located steps from the unit. Many of our guests use Uber/Lyft throughout their stay which is a really cost effective and convenient way to get around LA.
