Our BRAND NEW build and gorgeously designed 3 bedroom home, 2.5 bath home is like staying in a 5-star hotel. Professionally designed with neutral and modern elements, you'll feel completely relaxed like its a day at the spa. With Turnberry park right down the street, Bison Ridge Recreation Center just .05 miles away, and Buffalo Run Golf Course 5 minutes away, you'll have everything you need for the whole family!
The Space:
Inside:
Upon walking in, you'll immediately be greeted by the tasteful design and abundance of natural light our home has. The open concept kitchen, dining & living room is equipped with enough seating & space to spread out as a family. A designated office nook off of the kitchen has a printer and space to work away from home. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level as well. Head upstairs to the lofted living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry room. The sprawling master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Both guests bedrooms are tastefully designed and spread out enough to offer some privacy from the master.
Outside:
The spacious, fully fenced yard is a great place to let the kids play. Take a healthy walk to Turnberry Park or head over to Bison Ridge Recreation for an indoor swimming pool and health & fitness facility experience. An easy 20-25 minute drive will have you in Denver for all of your tourist excursions and a 35 minute drive will have you in the mountains in Boulder.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
PETS
Pets are allowed and we charge a $150 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.
We require an additional $1000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date).
