This beautiful walkout home offers a modern ambience, plenty of natural light, 2-storied great room, well-stocked kitchen, 4-fully furnished king bedrooms with attached bathrooms, full laundry, outdoor living space and patio, garages to fit 3 cars, 2TV’s and a sprawling backyard fit enough for jogging, soccer and plenty of field games to choose from.
Our suburban home offers a family friendly ambience and is a perfect place for your stay in the north Atlanta suburbs, whether it is for a family reunion, a visit to the city or to explore Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Rosswell or Duluth. Our home has direct access to the fowler park greenway and miles of trails among lush green trees, just a perfect retreat to recharge.
Our master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a double tiled shower, in addition a large free-standing tub. Bedrooms each have a king bed and attached full bathroom. Our main living area and kitchen is adorned with hardwood floors, while all our bedrooms offer plush carpets. Ou kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a wonderful family meal for holidays or any special family events. In addition, we have stocked our home with starter supplies including toothbrushes, soaps, laundry detergents, toilet paper, trash bags for your convenience.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities, including nearby golf courses and hiking along the Chattahoochee River. You can also enjoy fly fishing or a relaxing day of tubing. For more adventure, Stone Mountain Park and Lake Lanier are each just a short 45-minute drive away.
If you're in the mood for shopping and entertainment, you'll find the brand-new Avalon development only 3 miles away. This 86-acre sustainable retail center features over 500,000 square feet of shopping and a 12-screen premium theater.
Getting around is a breeze with easy access to Rt 400, allowing you to reach downtown Atlanta in just 45 minutes.
