Both bedrooms, have a king & super-king bed that can both be split into two singles on request. The living room offers a comfy double sofa bed for 5th / 6th guest. Plus a small study has a single pull-out bed for a 7th guest.
There's a good size private patio / garden at the rear of the house to enjoy.
You're near to Capitol Centre retail and entertainment park, Preston Docklands & Marina, as well as the main shopping area (3 shopping centres), bars, restaurants, eateries, attractions.
