We are excited to offer our home for two overnight stays per month. The nightly rate is $500 for a minimum stay of one night. Our home can accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests. Street parking is prohibited, and all vehicles must be safely parked on the property.
For daily event bookings, the rate starts at $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum. We allow up to 2 events per month. Events can include photo shoots, filming, birthday parties, luncheons, engagement parties, gender reveals, baby showers, and more, with a maximum capacity of 60 guests.
