This modern, well equipped apartment offers a great lifestyle for guests with its riverside setting, communal pool and local amenities.
The property is on the second floor of Ascot Quays, and looks out towards the Swan river. With an elevated position, its views are far-reaching and the apartment is light and bright.
The tastefully decorated open plan lounge has a sofa and occasional chair facing a smart TV. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. Full-width sliding glass doors open to the balcony offering sweeping views of trees and the river; the perfect spot for coffee, pre-dinner drinks or meals, while gazing at the sunset over the water.
There is a dining suite for 4 and the modern kitchen is well equipped and deceptive in size, furnished with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, rice cooker and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a King bed which can be separated and made up as two singles. There is a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity as well as a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and dryer.
