In the center of Montlhéry and 180m from the market place, this apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks the one-way rue du docteur Ogé. One reaches it by the interior court.
Its 20 m² are arranged and furnished with thought and care.
It has been completely renovated by professionals at the end of 2020.

This living room is optimized thanks to numerous storage spaces: 2 shelves of 60cm x 180cm for books, knick-knacks, dishes, etc. A convertible table (from 60cm to 100cm) with 2 chairs for meals and work. The 127cm Led TV connected to wifi is orientable towards the bed or the kitchen and is equipped with a shelf to place a console, decoder or box. This room is decorated with a mirror, paintings and some decorations.

It has plenty of storage space, a single sink, a combi oven + microwave, a two-burner induction cooker, an extractor hood, a large refrigerator with freezer, a washing machine and a bagless vacuum cleaner.
