Welcome to STARLIT TRAILS, our 5 BR, 3 BA, two story premium home. This one of a kind home and community are perfect for gathering with your loved ones and creating forever memories. The home's exciting resort amenities include a private gated pool with a waterfall and optional heat, gas grill, covered patio with dining furniture, a large sectional outdoor sofa and a grassy area with a corn hole game. The pool heat is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Our well appointed home has an open floor plan with large windows that illuminate the living spaces with natural light. Comfortable furnishings in the great room invite you to relax with a bestseller or watch the streaming TV. A charming gas fireplace will warm your toes and heart when the evenings are cool. Generous windows make it easy to oversee the pool and patio activities.
The contemporary kitchen is completely stocked to include both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Prep and serve gourmet feasts on the island. There is table and bench seating in the dining area with more wonderful views of the backyard oasis. A door in the great room makes it easy to join the backyard fun or transfer food and drink to the covered patio. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
Get ready for fun contests and high fives among guests! Adjacent to the entrance foyer is a game room with a pool table, comfy chairs for watching the streaming TV and a high top table for playing board and card games.
~ STAR LIGHT, STAR BRIGHT ~
No need to argue about sleeping arrangements: ALL bedrooms have streaming TVs and ceiling fans. Four bedrooms, including the primary suite and 2 full baths, are upstairs. The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Choose between the garden tub and walk-in shower to feel clean and refreshed. Dual vanity sinks and an enclosed water closet add the privacy and space 2 need to primp for special occasions.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are also upstairs and have queen beds, TVs and ceiling fans. They share Bathroom 2 with dual vanity sinks and enclosed tub-shower combo and commode. There is closet and storage space for your personal effects in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor is Bedroom 5 with a queen bed and TV. Bedroom 5 shares Bathroom 3 which has a large walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are stocked in all showers. This bathroom is also ideal for guests swimming in the pool or any visitors to the home. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
The dedicated laundry room is completely stocked to include laundry detergent and family size washer and dryer. There is an attached garage with parking for 3 cars plus your recreational gear.

Our family friendly home is situated in a premier community and is a fabulous getaway for the whole family! Amenities include a golf course, heated lap pool, hot tub, basketball and volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking and biking trails and a spa (by appointment).
The area is also a GOLFER'S PARADISE. There are 8 courses within 10 miles to include the Las Sendas Golf Course, one of the top ten places to play in the USA. Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park, 5 star Riverview Park and Usery Mountain Regional Park are a short commute from the neighborhood. Mesa Riverview and Mesa Market Place Swap Meet are nearby shopping attractions. The modern freeway makes it easy to visit Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Phoenix and many exciting activities and events.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heat is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
