Enjoy dining together indoors or on your own large outdoor split-level terrace complete with table and chairs, from where you can watch spectacular sunsets and enjoy nice sea views. The property is tastefully furnished and includes a fitted kitchen area with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the light and airy living area includes two adult-size sofa beds if needed. Dining furniture is also providing inside. The shower room is equipped with all the usual facilities including a bidet and all guests are provided with fresh linen and towels weekly.
You have direct access to the adjacent beach which has an area where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. This beach is only a 7 minute walk away via the dedicated footpath connecting the apartment grounds to the sea shore. There are many more coves and beaches dotted along the region’s coastline, to discover on foot and by road. Go snorkelling or canoeing along the shoreline of our beach, or enjoy diving, sailing, wind surfing, boat trips and more nearby. Tennis courts can also be hired, situated conveniently right by the entrance gate to the properties.
We are in a truly idyllic location; the Costa Rossa area is known for its crystal clear waters, panoramic sea views and incredible natural beauty, including sandy beaches (one of them is 8km long), hilly pine forests and unusual red rocks. The apartment location is set in a naturally wild and beautiful coastal area and suited to guests who enjoy being at one with nature and like to explore on foot or by bike. There are many paths through the surrounding scrubland and over the headlands, revealing magnificent coastal views of blue seas and craggy rocks. The beach at La Marinedda and the small, attractive fishing town of Isola Rossa (red Island) can be accessed via these paths,or directly by road. The apartments are tastefully designed to convey a traditional Sardinian atmosphere and the site is sympathetically landscaped to blend with the wild surroundings. Many more attractions as well as all amenities including supermarkets, shops and restaurants, etc, can all be found a few minute's away by car.
The closest towns include Trinita D'agultu, Santa Teresa, Castelsardo, Aglientu and Badesi. You may wish to visit Isola Rossa (red Island), La Maddalena Archipelago, S. Teresa di Gallura, Alghero, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo or Orgosolo. Monte Pulchiana offers interesting sights such as the largest granite monolith in Sardinia, and there are plenty of charming nuraghe (ancient Sardinian dwellings) to be explored. Be sure to visit Valle della Luna with its natural landscape featuring beautiful valleys reminiscent of the moon. Coastal bays with large granite rocks sculpted by the mistral winds are dotted all along the coastline, some into the most fantastic shapes, including one in the form of an elephant!
Your stay is self-catering using the fully equipped kitchenette, but you are sure to want to take advantage of the many restaurants and eateries to be found locally, all just a short drive away, serving traditional Sardinian delights using fresh local produce and sea food. Sample the best of Sardinian and Italian cuisine! Additionally your destination is just a few kilometres from the renowned wine making town of Badesi, with its cantinas and other gastronomic treats.
Take a short drive inland to the Hot Spring Spa - a natural hot water spring and river where you can relax on the river banks and make your own mud baths (free entry) or use the Spa Centre for popular treatments and more. Other activities close to your apartment include an aqua park, horse riding, diving, surfing, boat excursions and sailing.

Most airlines offer numerous routes to Sardinia, especially into Olbia and Alghero airports, both of which are within easy reach of our property at approx 85 km away (50 miles). Cagliari Airport is 254 km away (150 miles), should that be more convenient for your point of departure.

We consider a car is essential to access local amenities and fully explore all that this beautiful part of Sardinia has to offer.
