Situated smack-bang in the centre of the Sunshine Coast , my holiday home is just a stroll away from the newly -expanded Kawana shopping Centre, Events Cinemas and Kawana Surf Club, as well as only a 15 minute drive to Maroochydore and Caloundra.
The location is perfect for any visiting athletes an their families or guests, with a 5 minute drive to the Sunshine Sport Precinct of Lake Kawana - a world class venue for rowing, dragon boating and open water swimming- and Stockland Stadium which his known for hosting rugby League, Rugby Union and Oztag events and Concerts.
This property makes for the perfect coastal getaway where you can take in the vast , tranquil ocean on your very own large, private balcony thats perfect for entertaining family and friends. No matter the cool nights or warm days , this is where you will find yourself.

With a fully fenced, contained large courtyard , this home also has the perfect space for pets and kids to play ( and not to mention the perfect beach playground to wear themselves out at). All of this at your doorstep, Buddina beach is a designated off leash and dog friendly access , so there is no need to worry about leaving pets at home or driving up and down the coast to find a spot where your furry friends can run a muck .
