This very large three bedroom Villa is situated on the hillside slopes of the village of Faz Fato, approximately 50 minutes drive from Faro airport and a 15 minute drive away from the nearest beaches of Manta Rota or Cabanas. The Villa has amazing sea views; from the Spanish boarder to Faro. Views can be seen from the dining room whilst eating your breakfast, bedroom , roof terrace & BBQ patio area. The Villa is set on 10,000 sqm of land which means that your nearest neighbour is over 200 metres away, giving the property a peaceful and Idyllic setting. Orange, lemon, Peach trees and other exotic plants grow on the garden slopes.
Inside the Villa you will find luxurious Moroccan furnishings; there are; three large double bedrooms of which two have on-suite bathrooms. The “Sun Room” (third bedroom) which is a very cosy sitting and relaxation room with cable channel TV. One of the main centre points of the house is a fantastic Log burning fire which will heat the whole house in winter, all of which makes for a very cosy night in. AC/wall heater fans are in most rooms, but in the height of summer a cool breeze runs through the house making it the perfect temperature.
For your entertainment; a further large flat screen TV with cable channel is fitted in the living room area, and there is a full internet WiFi throughout. The kitchen and bedrooms are fully equipped with new utensils/electronic gadgets and all linen/towels etc; that you will require on your stay. Under the Villa there is a utility and drying room equip with washing machine, log storage and garage for your vehicle.
A short drive away you will find friendly country bars and restaurants, some that serve local game and traditional Portuguese cuisine. For Golf lovers; “Monte Rei” golf course is only a 10 minute drive and 15 minutes to other local golf courses such as “Benamor” “Quinta Da Ria” and “Quinta De Cima” Supermarkets can also be found a short drive away! With hundreds of miles of tracks and forests, it is also the perfect location for mountain bikers/walkers/nature lovers etc; Within a 20 minute drive you have the ancient city of Tavira with its bustling bars and restaurants and many other quaint villages, and of course into Spain where you will find the beautiful market town of Ayamonte.
