Our home is ideal for family stays and large gatherings. We kindly ask that any events are pre-approved with details provided, including timings and guest count. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please keep music volumes low after 10pm. For the cleanliness and maintenance of our furnishings, we request no food, drinks, pets, or shoes in the living areas and bedrooms. Slippers are preferred indoors.

Please be aware that the property has a total of three units; one upper unit and two lower units.Each unit is secured by a smart lock and guests will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation.
The covered outdoor kitchen andliving area are exclusive to the guests staying in the upper unit.The backyard is the only shared space. Our property is monitored by cameras at key exterior points to ensure the safety and adherence to guest limits. These cameras do not intrude on your private spaces and must remain connected throughout your stay.

Adherence to these house rules is essential. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or, in severe cases, immediate termination of your stay without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
