Welcome to the classy Marilyn, a four-bedroom and two-bathroom home. Come inside and be wowed by the arch accents and geometric shapes that are featured throughout. There are two living rooms for entertaining and two dining spaces for intimate moments. The formal living room has a stunning chandelier and is open to the kitchen and breakfast nook. The formal dining table seats eight of your friends and family members. For some fun, get competitive with a ping pong tournament or take a dip in the pool. Lounge outside while the cook in your group is grilling a delicious meal.
Marilyn's primary bedroom is on one side of the home for a private getaway. Enjoy a jetted tub and separate shower. Three guest bedrooms share a bathroom on the opposite side of the home. For anyone traveling with a baby or toddler, there is a crib and Stokke high chair available for use. Please inquire about our Pack n Play option.
House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard

Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $50/daily.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
