In the evenings, gather with friends and family under the large, poolside gazebo, complete with a relaxing fire table, or gaze at the dark sky and natural beauty of the quiet and rural setting around the backyard firepit. Enjoy watching the deer grazing beyond the game fence, and fall asleep listening to the resident coyote pack yipping in the distance. This rural oasis is close to everything. The ultra-trendy, South Manchaca Entertainment District is 10 minutes away and is home to some of the largest bars in Austin. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
