There is ample of parking on the grounds, a privacy gate, and multiple amazing indoor and outdoor spaces!
The indoor space is a grand 5,000+ sq feet cedar home with multiple sleeping and living areas. It is perfect for entertaining a large group of guests or hosting a memorable family vacation. Enjoy serene greenery and breathtaking views while inside or outside. You will never want to leave!
The house features 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, with multiple sleeping and living areas including lofts, living rooms, playroom, bonus rooms, and other surprises. Decks are accessible from all levels with unobstructed lake views from 4 bedrooms, all living rooms, dining, kitchen, and loft.
The "main" section of the house features two levels with an open concept living floor plan. It includes a double living room with a two-sided fireplace, a wood burning stove, kitchen, dining room, playroom (not included in the bedrooms count), 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large laundry room with sink, and a spacious upstairs loft with an additional living area and an office space.
A large gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, double oven, 6 burner propane cooktop, and plenty of storage. It opens into the dining and living room with huge wall-to-ceiling windows throughout, allowing to enjoy amazing views of the Tenmile Lake. The loft is overlooking the downstairs living/dining areas and has its own sitting area with a TV, an office area, and access to a spacious balcony in the back. The upstairs master bedroom also has its own private balcony overlooking the lake.
An oversize playroom is great for both kids and adults to hang out. It has access to the garage and a second – private – upstairs level. This level includes an open concept living space which combines a bedroom with a queen bed and a split-level loft with two twin beds, a living area with couches and a TV, a wood burning stove, and a full bathroom. You can also access the back balcony from this level. Oversized ceiling-high wall of windows offers one of the best views in the house. This level can also be privately accessed through a side door of the playroom, by-passing the main level of the house, which allows for great privacy for someone who wants it.
The lower level of the house includes its own living room and dining area, a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. It can be accessed from the main house level or from its own foyer. Own downstairs deck with 3 sliding doors and can also be entered by-passing the main house level. This level is perfect for an entire family as the master bedroom with a king bed includes a bonus room with a bunkbed, and the second private bedroom has its own queen bed and a private sink.
